RE: SPRING Midweek Room assignments / Deacons Meeting Format

Room assignments for the spring midweek:

Men: Main Sanctuary
Women: Large Tent
Marriage Class: Small Tent
Young Adults: Cafe’

Greetings and hope that this letter finds you enjoying the mercies and grace of our Lord. Thank you for the gift of your time in our first deacons meeting this past Sunday. We value your time and our goal is to always maximize every minute that we spent together. Several of the pastors have sought out feedback from the meeting on Sunday. As a result of that feedback, we have decided to develop a different format for our monthly deacons meetings moving forward. We’ve heard from you that the first Sunday of the month is not ideal. In light of that, our next meeting is scheduled for Sunday April 8. We will meet immediately following the service at 11:30 in our new pavilion located at the back of our property beside the basketball goals. We will serve lunch and plan to spend most of our time in fellowship. Our plan for the remainder of the spring is that we will meet the 2nd Sunday in April, May and June and then break for the summer. Over the next month we will redesign our meeting format based on feedback from this survey below and subsequent discussions with you. We value your input to make these gatherings valuable.
