Saturday, October 25th | 11am to 3pm
We’re a church made up of people from all over the world and we love to celebrate that! This year marks 30 years of ministry at Steele Creek Church, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with our biggest multicultural event of the year: Festival of Nations.
It’s a fun, family-friendly event that highlights the beauty of diversity and the unity we have in Christ. Join us as we celebrate the nations and reflect the heart of Revelation 7:9: every nation, tribe, people, and language worshiping together.
Full Details Coming September 7th

Be a Tent Leader at Festival of Nations
Tent leaders play a vital role in bringing the heart of Festival of Nations to life! As a tent leader, you’ll represent your country or culture throughout the event by creating a welcoming space that showcases its beauty through food, decor, and hospitality. You’ll be responsible for assembling a team to help cook, serve, clean up, and break down your area at the end of the day. It's an exciting opportunity to celebrate your heritage and share it with others in a powerful way!

Nope! While many volunteers are from our church family, anyone with a heart to serve is welcome to join us.
Yes, volunteers will receive instructions via email and, in some cases, a quick orientation or walkthrough the week of the event or before you serve.
Some roles are great for families (like helping at a tent), while others may require older volunteers. We’ll provide age-specific recommendations when full details are released. We recommend using your discretion when signing your kids up based on what you feel is age-appropriate for them.
Please note: we are not providing childcare, and you are responsible for your children while serving and during the event.
Dress comfortably and appropriately for your assigned role. Volunteers helping outdoors or with setup should wear weather-friendly clothes and closed-toe shoes. We will be providing festival shirts and lanyards for you to wear.
We will not be providing snacks for our volunteers, but of course, you’ll get to enjoy the festival food samples! There will be water available at the stations.
We understand, life happens! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust team coverage.

Just select “Tent Leader” if you’d like to lead and represent a country’s station. This includes organizing food, décor, and volunteers for that tent. Or choose “Festival Table Assistant” if you’d prefer to help serve, greet, or support at the cultural tent of your choice. Once you sign up, we’ll follow up with more details!
We’ll provide some basics, but tent leaders are generally responsible for decorating their space and preparing food. Full guidelines are shared in the tent leader form.
